For students currently in Grade 9, 10 or 11 applying for admission to American Universities, this PSAT workshop is your road to SAT success!

Students will be taught test-takingstrategies using PSAT test questions and content to increase confidence, relieve anxiety, and maximize scoring potential. This full day workshop will test your knowledge and provide an overview of the three sections of the PSAT in addition to providing an opportunity to take a full length PSAT simulation test with reporting.

Our PREPPARENT™ seminar session will provide parents with information pertaining to the American admission process, NCAA requirements, applications, scholarships and general SAT information. Get ready for a strategy enrichment day!

PSAT stands for Preliminary SAT . It's a standardized test that provides firsthand practice for the SAT Reasoning Test™.

The PSAT measures:

• critical reading skills
• math problem-solving skills
• writing skills

The most common reasons for taking the PSAT are:

• to receive feedback on your strengths and weaknesses on skills necessary for college study. You can then focus your preparation on those areas that could most benefit from additional study or practice before taking the official SAT Reasoning Test.
• to see how your performance on an admissions test might compare with that of others applying to college.
• to enter the competition for scholarships from the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (grade 11) if you are an American citizen.
• to help prepare for the official SAT. You can become familiar with the kinds of questions and the exact directions you will see on the SAT.
• to receive information from colleges when you check "yes" to Student Search Service.
